CANCELLATION POLICY

0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit


8 to 14 days prior forfeit 80%of the deposit


15 to 21 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit


22 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit


28 or more days prior maximum 10% administration fee (covers banking and handling charge)


Check In:  Only from 3.00p.m.-6.00p.m. unless otherwise agreed with the

owners.


Check Out:  By 7.00a.m.- 10.00a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise

agreed with the owners.


The number of people booked on to the property are to be the only guests on

the property at all times, unless a different arrangement is made with the

owners prior to your stay.  This is to protect the privacy and comfort of

other guests and neighbours.
